We focus on projects related to marketing and customer analytics, marketing optimization, predictive modeling, and data mining.
We are looking for individuals with a unique ability to design, manage, and deliver complex analytic projects, while also being able to effectively communicate results to those who are less analytically inclined. Our consultants have a range of capabilities, including project management, business consulting, marketing analysis, web analytics, statistical modeling and data mining, mathematical optimization techniques, database design and management, and statistical programming.

Position: Marketing Analytics and Predictive Modeling Consultant
Sample Responsibilities
- Perform advanced statistical modeling, data mining, and data processing on customer databases
- Assist in the design, day-to-day management and delivery of client analyses
- Work with client and internal consulting teams to identify analytic approaches and objectives
- Design analytic plans
- Evaluate analytic results and effectively communicate results in business terms
Required experience and background:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline driven environment, or on individual projects
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Background in statistical analysis and modeling and/or data mining techniques such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees (CART/CHAID), linear and integer optimization programming, and Markov chains
Recommended experience (two or more of the following):
- Marketing analysis, database marketing, or marketing strategy: 5+ years
- Working with and analyzing large-scale customer databases and evaluating the results of marketing programs: 5+ years
- Predictive modeling for marketing, such as customer segmentation, churn models, clone models, cross-sell models: 3+ years.
- User of S+, R, SAS, or SPSS for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling: 3+ years
- Optimization techniques such as linear or integer programming: 3+ years
- Database management (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL): 3+ years
- Management consulting or industry experience: 3+ years
